We don't offer them roasted or salted because they contain a lot of oil naturally. Buy our macadamias and put a few on a cookie sheet and roast them yourself in the oven at about 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Experiment by changing the time until you roast them to your taste! Sprinkle a little oil on them and add salt or seasoning for something different.
