We want you to be fully satisfied with all of our products.
You can contact us within 10 days of invoice date to notify us of any items in your order that did not meet your expectations. We will send you a full refund in question back to your credit card account or by check within 48 hours after notification. At your option, alternatively, we can replace the product you were disappointed in at no charge. Any returns will need to be shipped back to us within 48 hours of dispute resolution.
We do not hold your credit card information.
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States (no shipments to Alaska or Hawaii). All orders ship via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground.
When you place an order, we will calculate your shipping expenses in your shopping cart. Orders placed before 1pm Central Time will ship same work day. Friday orders placed after 1pm Central time or weekend orders will ship the following Monday (or next work day if Monday is a holiday).
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The shipping weight per pound of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
When ordering, please note that the cost of adding extra pounds to your order tends to be very small. This is one way that you can lower your shipping or freight expense per pound when ordering.
Any Repeat order shipments with "missing" or "damaged" delivery issues in the past will be shipped with "Signature Required" to safeguard content and delivery of the shipment.
